Masters Swimming Australia are pleased to be part of SWIMCON25.

In addition to the training day, where soon-to-be Masters coaches are being assessed, there is also the opportunity, in specially set-aside lanes, for Masters swimmers to come along and have specialised training session(s), coached by two of our very experienced Masters coaches.

Location: St Peter’s College, Hackney Rd, Adelaide (25m pool)

Please select one of the (yellow) individual session (1 or 2) and/or one of the (green) Freestyle (3) or Open Water (4) training session from the list below:

1. 10:30 – 11:00 – Individual Stroke Correction Session (note starting limit 6 swimmers) Cost $10
2. 11:00 – 11:30 – Individual Stroke Correction Session (limit 6 swimmers) Cost $10
3. 12:45 – 1:45 – Freestyle (with Drill Progression) Clinic (limit 12 swimmers) Cost $15
4. 12:45 – 1:45 – Open Water Technique clinic (limit 20 swimmers) Cost $15

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Bookings will close 5pm Wednesday 17^th September
• Please bring all personal swim gear including fins, kick boards and pull buoys.
• If you book either session 1 or 2 as well as either session 3 or 4 you may be out of the water between the sessions, so bring warm layers.
• Open to any Masters swimmers/members.

The number of entries to each session are strictly limited – first in, first served, and those successful will be contacted with payment details.
