MSA 2024 Coaching Excellence Awards

2024 COACHING EXCELLENCE AWARD
The Coaching Excellence Awards were introduced by the National Coaching Committee in 2024 to recognise coaches at the national level who demonstrate excellence in delivering positive outcomes for Masters swimmers. Our inaugural winners were presented with their awards at the MSA National Championships in Darwin last May.
Coaching Excellence may be demonstrated in various ways, whether that be via coaching on pool deck or contributing to improved swimmer performance behind the scenes. Coaches who give generously of their time, knowledge and experience to help swimmers improve are highly valued and deserve to be recognised by their State, Club and squad. This year, we had 5 nominees and we commend all of them and their clubs  for their contribution to Masters Swimming. It is with great pleasure that we announce our two winners of the 2024 MSA Coaching Excellence Awards.
