Masters Swimming Australia is seeking a National Coaching Education Coordinator to help shape the future of coach education across Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate and develop MSA’s national coaching education programs, support coach educators and learners, and help enhance our digital learning and professional development opportunities.

💻 Remote | Flexible hours | Contract position
⏱️ Approximately 40 hours per month

You’ll work closely with our National Office, National Coaching Committee, coach educators, industry partners and the Dita learning platform team to deliver high-quality learning experiences for Masters Swimming coaches.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Is an accredited MSA Club Coach
✔️ Has experience in coaching, coach development, online education or sport administration
✔️ Has strong digital literacy and is confident working with digital learning platforms
✔️ Has strong communication and organisational skills
✔️ Is passionate about supporting coaches and creating great learning experiences
✔️ Willingness to travel occassionally
