Welcome to your T2M Club journey!
As part of our program, we require some information from your club to assist us in the recruitment process of the T2M participants. We will also be using the information in the evaluation stage of the program and we have teamed up with researchers from the University of Southern Queensland and the University of New South Wales. One component of the evaluation is learning about our Clubs and Learning Environments. This questionnaire should only take you about 5 minutes to complete.
