State SC questionaire

This questionnaire is for State Presidents and/or State Administrators to provide as much information as possible on what level of extra access in Swim Central they are requesting.

This will assist the National Office and the MSA Board in reviewing Priority 3 (Provide state member administrators greater access to information in Swim Central.) and to ensure that any access provided aligns with operational requirements, governance responsibilities, data privacy obligations and associated risk management requirements.

Please note all sections are required apart from question 7.

If you do not have anything to note enter N/A in questions 1-6.

A maximum of one response per State is required. Responses due COB 13 April 2026
